Memorial Day is May 29

Not having served in the military and my father not having to have been involved in a war, I have not appreciated the sacrifice of many. Just thinking of families who have injured or lost members, those who gave for my freedom, even my conveniences, the country I enjoy, the ability to choose how to think and live... Thinking of the "time" alone--that families sacrificed having their loved ones "in the service", they were serving me and you. Let us give thanks! Make it personal.
